Do not ask for master contact - without getting into too much info, the filmer ended up being a bigot and a creep to cast members, and although this video is not a leak and the distributors have permission to share, they all want to be careful and know who’s getting it. Excellent HD capture of the Original Tour Cast of the 2019 Best Musical Tony Award winner. It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups from the center balcony. The entire cast are fabulous and bursting with energy which brought some great reactions from the audience. There are some occasional railing obstructions at the very bottom of the screen during wideshots that usually don't block much except for legs and there are quick dropouts during applause. Most notably in the first act, there's some minor wandering and framing slips that'll place most of the action on the right side of the screen but it's fixed for the second act. There's a two minute blackout at the very beginning of Any Way the Wind Blows but audio is included. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call, the post bows song (We Raise Our Cups), and playbill scans.

Excellent HD capture of the Angelica Tour cast with David Hyun-Soo Park during his first week as replacement Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson! It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums and closeups from the rear left orchestra. Features fabulous performances from everyone in the cast despite the two show day, with great reactions from the audience. There are some rare minor obstructions at the very bottom of the screen during wideshots and there are quick dropouts during applause. A few seconds after Room Where it Happens is blacked out but audio is included. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Deejay Young (s/b Alexander Hamilton), Cherry Torres (s/b Eliza Hamilton), Josh Tower (Aaron Burr), Stephanie Umoh (Angelica Schuyler), Paul Oakley Stovall (George Washington), David Hyun-Soo Park (Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson), Tyler Belo (Hercules Mulligan/James Madison), Jon Viktor Corpuz (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton), Olivia Puckett (Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds), Peter Matthew Smith (King George III), Connor Wince (s/w James Reynolds/Philip Schuyler/Doctor), Patrick Garr (Samuel Seabury), Robbie Nicholson (Charles Lee), Taylor N. Daniels (George Eacker), Lisa Finegold (s/w The Bullet), Natalie Kaye Clater, Phil Colgan (s/w), Taylor N. Daniels, Lencia Kebede, Paige Krumbach, Krystal Mackie, Robbie Nicholson, Avery Sobczak (s/w)
HD capture of Deejay Young as Alexander and Cherry Torres' post-lockdown debut as Eliza. It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups; Act One is filmed partially blind from the rear left orchestra around a lot of heads and is mostly wides or closeups, and Act Two is filmed closer forward and to the left and features more closeups as well as a mix of wides and mediums. These seats weren't optimal for filming at all and there's a large amount of obstructions, wandering, and dropouts through the entire show, but the performances were fabulous and the audio picks it up very well. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Edred Utomi (Alexander Hamilton), Zoe Jensen (Eliza Hamilton), Josh Tower (Aaron Burr), Stephanie Umoh (Angelica Schuyler), Paul Oakley Stovall (George Washington), David Hyun-Soo Park (Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson), Tyler Belo (Hercules Mulligan/James Madison), Jon Viktor Corpuz (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton), Lencia Kebede (u/s Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds), Peter Matthew Smith (King George III), Connor Wince (s/w James Reynolds/Philip Schuyler/Doctor), Patrick Garr (Samuel Seabury), Desmond Nunn (s/w Charles Lee), Joshua Rivera (s/w George Eacker), Meghan Faddis (s/w The Bullet), Phil Colgan (s/w), John Devereaux, Paige Krumbach, Krystal Mackie, Alaina Vi Maderal (s/w), Kendryl Sayuri Yokoyama (s/w)
Excellent HD capture of Lencia Kebede's post-lockdown debut as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds! It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups from the mid-right mezzanine. Unfortunately, the first twenty minutes of the show are audio-only and the footage picks up at You'll Be Back and the first six minutes of Act Two are audio-only. There are a few blackouts; part of Meet Me Inside, Take a Break, and Burn are audio-only as audience members were moving around. There are very few obstructions: the very far right side of the stage is partially covered by a head but it usually never covers anything important and the stage-left balcony is blocked during Schuyler Defeated. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Excellent HD capture of one of Cherry Torres's first shows back as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds! It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups from the left mezzanine. The opening number is audio-only as the footage picks up at Aaron Burr, Sir; Act Two is almost complete with some quick dropouts early in the act due to latecomers. Includes two blackouts; the first lasts a minute during Nonstop due to a latecomer and Best of Wives and Best of Women is audio only. There are very few obstructions: the very bottom right side of the is partially covered by a head but it never covers anything important and the stage-right balcony is blocked throughout. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Notes: Sbeve/QuoxWoodTrees master. EXTENSIVE HIGHLIGHTS Total is almost an hour of footage! Some shakiness, drop outs and obstructions (Act 1 has heads at times, Act 2 has a very brief obstruction over my camera but is mostly unobstructed). There are still a great mix of shots and of course, zooms and closeups. Very focused on Joanna, Sabrina and Jen as the leading ladies. Nicholas and Carvens give excellent vocal performances. Sabrina does the BCEFA speech after curtain call and I got some of that in the video. Included is a full audio from this show. please dm or email for details on the highlights or for any inquiries in general

Notes: Sbeve/QuoxWoodTrees master. Mostly complete video, video cuts out at Schuyler Defeated and starts up again halfway through One Last Time. Minimal dropouts, occasional shakiness. Only obstruction is the very far right side of the stage. Otherwise, there is a great mix of shots including wide and zooms. Jen Sese is sensational as Angelica with powerful acting choices and her opt-up in Satisfied. Vincent Jamal Hooper is great and not your average, cookie-cutter Hamilton. Jared Howelton stands out and is the most unique and hilarious Laurens/Phillip I’ve ever seen. Included is a full audio from this show.

It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and incredible closeups from a left box. Deejey's hilarious performance as Jefferson was the standout of the performance alongside Lencia's perfect Maria Reynolds. There are some extremely rare obstructions at the very bottom left of the screen during extreme wideshots but it's almost unnoticeable and there are a couple short dropouts for applause. Due to technical issues, Stay Alive is audio-only and the video picks back up during Ten Duel Commandments. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

4x3 Wide-shot phone boot show from front right orchestra. A few major heads obstruct about 40% of the view throughout. Interesting view to see some of the dancers on the right side of the stage that aren't usually captured in close-up boots. This show is such a spectacle! Videos can't even do it justice, but super fans might like it.

Starlight Express

1983/4; London
Workshop
This is a video of the first public presentation of Starlight Express before a small group of invited investors in the hopes of raising money. It was filmed using two cameras in what looks like a rehearsal space. One or two of the cast members are in makeup and some mock-up costumes, but the majority of them are in dance clothes. Among the cast members are Tracey Ullman playing Pearl, as well as Frances Ruffelle as Dinah. (In addition to Lon Satton – Poppa, Ray Shell – Rusty, Jeff Shankley – Greaseball, Danny John Jules - Rocky 1, Michael Staniforth – CB, who all went on to open the show a year later in London’s West End.) This is the complete show as it was presented at the time, and includes a few songs that were ultimately cut, and different variations on some of the songs that did make the show. At this point in the show’s life, it is rumored that Cameron Mackintosh was at odds with Andrew Lloyd Webber over the viability of the show. They just had a huge hit in Cats, and Mackintosh thought Starlight Express was a “ridiculous, un-stageable disaster” (his words.) Based on this video you can see why he had his reserves, as it had none of the effects that a show such as this needs. You can see Trevor Nunn pacing around occasionally, and it looks like he address the small audience before and after the presentation, but those speeches are not included. Overall-it is very good quality, but the sound is muffled a bit. There is one 10 minute section about a half hour into the video that has some tracking issues, but nothing too bad. Almost 2 hours in length.
